Job Purpose:
to lead and direct the strategic direction for development, growth, and expansion of Bank’s online offerings and platforms. This position integrates the leadership of cross-functional teams throughout Digital Product Development, Digital Lending, Product Experience, and Product Growth & Analytics to create customer-centric, innovative experiences and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Create and implement the growth and digital product plan in line with the Bank’s overall plan of action.
- Lead cross-functional teams, such as Product Growth & Analytics, Product Experience, Digital Products as well as Digital Lending.
- Create a customer-centric, data-driven culture that is constantly seeking innovation and efficiency.
- Product Development & Experience:
- Control the development process from beginning to end and ensure managing the entire lifecycle for digital goods.
- Create seamless customer journeys and user experiences across all platforms.
- Growth & Analytics:
- Help to increase the acceptance and use of digital products by using data analytics, insights, as well as methods for growth hacking.
- Integrate analytics efforts with performance indicators to help inform business decision-making.
- Digital Lending:
- Assist in Digital lending projects, making sure that they are that they are scalable, compliant and a customer-focused lending product.
- Integrate credit scoring models from AI/ML and manage lending operations that cross-functional in collaboration with teams that are relevant.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor, inspire and build teams with high-performance across multiple industries.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment of objectives and allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a recognized school (preferably with a concentration in Marketing or Strategy Management).
Experience:
- A minimum of of 10 years of experience that has been developed in Digital product management or digital transformation or fintech, and at minimum five years of experience in an executive role.
- A solid background in the management of financial products or digital lending is an advantage.
- A proven track record of creating as well as scaling up digital platform as well as managing teams with cross-functional capabilities.
